Dwight helped the Lausanne Board of Directors think deeply about our past, present, and future direction.

 

Prior to our engagement, he read our minutes, studied our history and interviewed a number of our staff.  Because of that, he was able to ask questions that were pointed and direct, not from a generic template, but in light of who we are.

 

Everyone participated, and multiple staff and board members told me that Dwight's work with us was a critical investment to help the Lausanne Movement wisely continue moving into the future.
